HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit or bank transfer will be arranged

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), AXLR8 will cover return shipping via Knutsford Express or Tara Courier
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Items must be returned to our Kingston location — details provided upon approval

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

Items received damaged or defective
Items that were incorrectly shipped (wrong product or wrong variant)
Items that do not match the product description on our website

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been installed or used
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Electrical components that have been connected or powered on
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Product Warranty

Standard products purchased from AXLR8 carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Custom parts orders (see below) are not covered by any warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns — contact us directly for warranty-related issues.

Custom Parts Orders

Custom parts are sourced specifically for your vehicle and are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed and confirmed. However, if AXLR8 sourced the wrong part due to an error on our end, we will exchange it at no cost to you. To request an exchange on a custom part, contact us with your order number and details of the discrepancy and we will assess and resolve it promptly. Custom parts do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. Any quality concerns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.

Installation

Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If you experience an issue with an installation carried out by AXLR8, contact us and we will assess and resolve it at no additional charge within our 6-month installation warranty period.
