Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options
Knutsford Express - Pickup (Always FREE) Your order is shipped to your nearest Knutsford Express branch for collection. This option is free on all orders. You will be notified when your package is ready for pickup. The AXLR8 team will provide you with the tracking receipt for pickup, Please bring a valid ID to collect your parcel.
Tara Courier - Door to Door Delivery We offer door-to-door delivery island-wide via Tara Courier. Delivery rates vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Custom Parts Orders
Custom parts orders have separate lead times as parts must be sourced specifically for your vehicle. You will be given an estimated timeframe when your order is confirmed. Delivery options remain the same - Knutsford Express pickup or Tara Courier door to door.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email. For Knutsford Express shipments, you can also track your parcel directly on the Knutsford Express website using your waybill number.
Order Tracking
For Tara Courier deliveries, if no one is available to receive the package, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative. For Knutsford Express, parcels not collected within the holding period will be returned to AXLR8 and you will be contacted to arrange reshipment.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), AXLR8 will cover return shipping via Knutsford Express or Tara Courier

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
